INSPIRATION FOOD AND GARDEN
In this blogpost we have gathered inspiration about the use of YUMMII YUMMI in everyday life from our ambassador Ursula @dukkah_queen from Nuremberg in Germany.
Uschi, as her nickname is, has an insanely beautiful Instagram profile, where she shares photos with inspiration about cooking, bread baking, the garden and inspiration for exciting dishes found on her travels abroad.
Uschi has been our faithful partner for more than two years, a collaboration we are very proud and grateful for.

PIZZA AND SARDE SOUR
Uschi has been on a trip to Venice and has fallen in love with the dish "Sarde sour", which are small fried sardines that have been marinated in olive oil, white wine, vinegar, bay leaves, onions, raisins and pine nuts.
The dish tastes better the day after it is cooked, which is why Uschi uses Bento boxes in stainless steel for storage. Bento boxes in steel ensure that the smell of fish does not spread in the refrigerator, and that the smell is easy to wash away.
Stainless steel emits or absorbs neither taste nor smell, and the box is easy to clean after use. Bento boxes are dishwasher safe.
When Uschi makes pizza, she always makes a double portion, which she keeps in her fridge for the next few days. The advantage is that the taste of the dough is enhanced by the cold fermentation, and then there is always dough ready for a "late night snack".

Uschi always stores all her organic peels in a silicone bag in the freezer. So when there is a need for orange peel in a recipe, it is easy to grate the frozen peel.
Uschi also uses frozen shells to give its water flavor, and the good thing is that peels can also act as ice cubes.
Fruit peels are stored in silicone bags, as they are easy to open / close and clean.
Furthermore, silicone bags can be folded to fill almost nothing in the freezer, and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Uschi´s passion is cooking and her garden.
In her garden,Uschi cultivates i.a. purple peas, edible flowers and rose chips.
Rose hips are used for jams and ciders.

Uschi works part-time as an architect and for a long day at the office, it's nice to be able to bring a healthy snack and hot tea.
Uschi uses our Bento boxes for apples, nuts and grissini as a snack and brings nice hot tea in a thermos with infuser.
