It keeps cold for up to 10 hours or hot up to 8 hours. Steel is un-breakable, you can re-use bottle again and again in years to come.

For best result with hot drinks, pre-fill the steel water bottle with boiling water and allow to sit for 1-2 minutes. Carefully discard water, then fill with hot drink of your choice.
