HOW TO USE:
Freezer: Use as you would normally freeze with plastic bags - use if necessary. whiteboard toad to write date etc. It washes off easily.
Oven: We recommend heating food in an open bag at a maximum of 150 degrees.
Microwave: Bag can be used open or closed.
Sous vide: use as you would normally with plastic bags.
