Freight & delivery

At YUMMII YUMMII, we offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases over DKK 399 when delivered to GLS-Pakkeshop or GLS-Erhverv. If you want delivery outside the Danish borders, we refer you to our international webshop www.yummiiyummii.com.

We endeavor as far as possible that you have your ordered goods in hand within 1-3 working days from the day you placed your order. If your ordered goods are not in stock as expected or if some other unforeseen error occurs, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible and find a solution.

Delivery to parcel shop

Get your parcel delivered to a parcel shop near you for DKK 39. If you shop for over DKK 399, shipping is free.

Delivery to business address

Get your package delivered to your workplace for DKK 39. If you buy for more than DKK 399, shipping is free.

Receipt

A receipt must be given for the goods upon receipt/collection. The receipt is made by yourself or other persons at the delivery address with binding effect for you. Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery.

After receiving the package, you should check the goods. If the package and/or contents are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us of this by email info@yummiiyummii.com or phone +45 29103325.

Return & exchange

If you wish to return an item purchased from YUMMII YUMMII, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@yummiiyummii.com . Then pack the item securely in the original packaging and send the package with the item back as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. The package is handed over to GLS, where you picked up the item. Save postal receipt and any Track and Trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Please note that YUMMII YUMMII does not exchange items. If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the return process described above and then place a new order on our webshop.

Refund

We always return your money to the same means of payment with which you paid for your goods within 5 working days from the day we receive your goods back at our warehouse.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they function. In other words, you must not have used the item. If we can determine that the item has been tested, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as in a physical store; you must see the product - but not test the product. We estimate the value based on a concrete assessment of the returned item.

You pay yourself for shipping costs in connection with returning the item.

NOTE: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Your claim for a refund does not include any fees for the use of credit cards or other means of payment that we have paid to the acquirer.

If you experience receiving a wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Send the item back to us and we will send you a new item free of charge. In the case of wrongly delivered goods, the return shipment is of course also free of charge for you, and you simply follow the same procedure as for returns.
