HOW TO USE:

Freezer: Use as you usually would freeze with plastic bags - tip: use whiteboard marker to write date etc. it's easily washed off.

Oven: We recommend heating food in an open bag and at a maximum of 150 degrees..

Microwave: Bag can be used open or closed.

Sous vide: use as you normally would with plastic bags.
